3. If possible, open windows and allow external air to circulate.

4. Have techniques available for dealing with stressful
situations.

5. Try to maintain a normal body weight by being active around
the office.

6. Take regular breaks from VDUs.

7. Keep a moisturising cream in the office and use regularly.
